This session will focus on a number of the challenges, and opportunities, associated with managing the required levels of Air Force recruitment and retention within the unified Canadian Armed Forces organizational construct where recruiting and the vast majority of personnel policies are centrally co-ordinated and controlled by the Chief of Military Personnel who reports not to the Commander of the Royal Canadian Air Force, but directly to the Chief of the Defence Staff.
